Theraplay- for existing adopters
Theraplay Course for Adoptive Families
We are delighted to offer adopters the opportunity to take part in an eight-week guided Theraplay course, designed to help strengthen connection, build trust, and nurture your relationship with your child through fun, playful interactions.
The course gives you the chance to learn and practise Theraplay techniques in a supportive environment, while exploring how these approaches can enhance your parent-child relationship. It is designed for one parent to attend with one child aged 3–5 years.
Sessions last one hour and begin at 11:30 am. They will take place at a venue in South Gloucestershire.
Before the course begins, there will be an online introductory session on 18th September, allowing you to meet the facilitators, find out more about the programme, and ask any questions you may have.
