Enquiry Form

If you’d like to speak directly with someone about whether adoption could be right for you, please call to speak to a member of our Recruitment, Assessment and Placement Support (RAPS) team:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

At other times, your call will be answered by a member of our Business Support Team.

Support for Existing Adopters

For enquiries about adoption support, our Adoption Support Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (using the number above). We aim to respond to all enquiries within three working days.

Compliments, Comments and Complaints

Adoption West welcomes feedback from all individuals who use our services. Compliments, comments and complaints all help us improve and develop our work to better meet the needs of children, adopters, birth families and others we support.

Adults Affected by Adoption

If you were adopted, are aged over 18 years, and would like birth records counselling, please contact the Permanence Support Front Door who will connect you with our specialist Social Worker.


Professionals

If you are a professional and have a query about adopters we are currently assessing or children we are currently family finding for, please contact ATV Duty. This includes but is not limited to: Any queries about adopter assessments, Adoption Panel enquiries, Local Authority checks, family finder referrals, adopter and children profiles.
