If you would like to speak directly to a Recruitment and Assessment duty worker, please call between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. At other times, your call will be answered by a member of our Business Support Team.

The Adoption Support Helpdesk is open 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. (on the number above) Monday to Friday and aims to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days. You can also email  adoptionsupporthelpdesk@adoptionwest.co.uk
