SUMMARY:10 Online Week Therapeutic Parenting course - for existing adopters
DESCRIPTION:Do you sometimes find your child’s behaviour hard to understand? Do some of your parenting techniques seem ineffective?\nWe are running a course for adoptive parents looking specifically at the impact of children’s early experiences on their behaviour and emotional well-being. We will be exploring alternative parenting ideas and strategies.\nThe course runs for 10 weeks starting on 25/4 and the last session on 11/7\, there is a break for half-term.\nSessions run from 10 am to 12 pm on Friday mornings\, they are held online using MS Teams.\nThis course is aimed at families whose children have been living with them for at least six months\, with children under the age of 10 years (please state child’s age when enquiring)\n\nPlease contact tina.fagan@adoptionwest.co.uk for more details (please include your name and your child’s name and age in your email).
